Our products are ready to sell across the EU as they comply with EU Cosmetics Regulations. They remain compliant as long as you, the customer, complies with labelling requirements.

We reserve the right to remain the ‘Responsible Person’. This allows us to act quickly and provide all necessary product information should the need arise. This is subject to our liability disclaimer.

Our products/labels are not permitted for resale/distribution outside the EU. They have been formulated, certified and labeled to satisfy cosmetic regulations within the EU and UK and may not be legally compliant with other Countries’ and States’ cosmetics regulations. We accept no responsibility for products sold outside the UK/EU, and accept no liability for non-compliance.

Once your final label has been created we will then update the Cosmetics Products Notification Portal. This is a legal requirement for cosmetics sold in the UK/EU.
