Due to the nature of hand made produce, using natural ingredients, products may vary slightly in colour or design. For example, storage and transport can affect a product’s appearance.

Temperature sensitive products may melt and set during warmer weather. When exposed to fluctuating temperatures, the high quality natural ingredients (eg organic cocoa butter) can produce superficial surface mottling. This is known as blooming, and is completely natural and unavoidable. We accept no liability for faulty or damaged goods in this instance.
