Customer Brief

Design a range of refillable, luxury hair and skincare made from natural ingredients in the Airlie House branding. As an eco conscious business, Airlie house gave the brief to develop a natural skin care range that complimented the luxury feel of their successful airbnb business. Being able to refill the bottles within guest bathrooms was a must and high quality packaging and labelling that would allow a multi-use product was an essential element of the brief.

Results

Airlie House chose to utilise the core white label products offered by the Bare Botanicals White Label Skincare range. This allowed a fast turnaround and high quality, natural skincare products to be available to their guests within weeks of approaching Bare Botanicals.

They utilise a model where dispensing bottles remain in rooms and bathrooms and are refilled as part of room maintenance once guest checkout.

Airlie House has decided to offer small, take home samples of the products as a welcome gift for guests and received positive feedback for this decision. They also sell larger bottles of the range upon request. This has strengthen their brand and led to repeat business, with this particular decision cited as one of the reasons to return.
