Boneshaker is a small, niche brand catering for animal skincare. Their vision was to create a sustainable product that helped soothe and alleviate skin irritation for pets. Their customers demand high quality, ethically sourced skincare products that are effective and safe for their animals.

Customer Brief

To develop a lick safe, natural product, suitable for use on beloved animals. To ensure the product was effective in helping animals suffering from irritated/dry skin or from bites or stings. To ensure ethically sourced, natural ingredients were used and to leave as little footprint as possible via sustainable packaging. Develop an exciting brand identity and fitting product packaging unique amongst competitors

Wound healing, soothing and calming. Specifically designed for irritated sores such as sweet itch.

Boneshaker Paw & Snout Balm

Designed and tested to aid healing & restore damaged skin for animals. Particularly targeted at animals with dry and irritated skin.

Boneshaker Tuff-E-Nuff Hand Balm

A product aimed at animal owners whose hands have been ravaged by caring for pets. Skin can be brutalised by weather when walking animals, Tuff-E-Nuff hand balm was developed by Bare Botanicals to protect and treat skin damaged by the daily care of animals.

Results

Boneshaker Balm achieved a new business award at the Great British Entrepreneurs Awards and was recognised within the industry as a ground breaking start up, catering for the needs of animals in a sustainable fashion.
